Spinning involves specially designed “bikes” to recreate the movements of cycling. Under the instruction of an enthusiastic Coach we use various music speeds, tempo and beats.
The classes here have so many benefits, we can’t name just one!
Spinning can help you, burn calories, improve cardio health, help build lean and defined leg muscles, train your abs and core and can improve your mental health!
Here at The Shed, we like to mix things up a tad;
- Mondays class – Coach Sian features a 15min ab workout!
- Tuesdays Spin – hardcore Coach Gemma.
- Thursdays Spin – Coach Gemma – a gentler more ‘beginners’ session
- Fridays Spin – Coach Becky! Get up early and get it done.
Once you’ve been to a Spin class, you’ll be booking onto the rest but, be quick – it’s very popular!
