At the Training Shed, we have a wide variety of equipment ranging from squat racks, dumbbells, treadmills, Olympic lifting equipment to battle ropes and kettlebells, all of these allow us to train you in a functional manner and to keep training sessions as varied as possible.
The Shed has a dedicated strength & performance training area, which has been designed from knowing what works and is regarded as the correct way of training.
We offer a variety of classes which include: Boxercise, Circuits, Bootcamp, Kettlebells, Spinning, Olympic Lifting and 3 ladies only classes. The main gym, which houses the Cardiovascular machines and Functional Training Rig, it is bright and open plan, allowing multiple types of training to be completed at any one time, but also Team/Squad Conditioning Sessions. A gym crowded with equipment is not a safe one, nor one you can be happy with training at.
